Q1: Does XinGang own its own import & export rights?
A1: Unfortunately no. XinGang has been entrusting a third-party company with all its exporting products.

Q2: I have similar product needs for one of the items listed on your website, can I place an order for it? 
A2: XinGang appreciates your interest, but we are unable to sell any of the products featured here to any third party, as they are all protected by licenses.

However, if you already have product designs and are looking for a manufacturer, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Q3: I have designs/blueprints and now would like to order a sample, how much will it cost?
A3: Please note that XinGang's quotes are FOB and for custom products only. This requires us to first create a mold, which typically costs between CNY 1,000 and 10,000+.

Once the mold is paid for, we provide 10 free samples per design. The customer will be responsible for the sample shipping costs.

Q4: What after-sale services does XinGang provide?
A4: XinGang is dedicated to maintaining strict quality control during the sample-making and the actual mass-production processes. All items of all boxes in each shipment will be thoroughly inspected for quality.

If you notice any defective items or shortages after receiving them, please contact us immediately. If the issues arise from XinGang's own oversight or mistakes during the production or packaging process, we will take full responsibility and provide replacements or compensations, covering any additional costs incurred.
